A happy person makes another person happy

It's amazing how happiness may infect other people.
Simple example, when you are in a group of people who are laughing for no apparent reason, sooner or later, you'll end up smiling if not laughing together with them.It does not matter how unfunny it was in the first place.

Apparently happiness is shareable.
Imagine a situation where a person who has been admitted for a long time in a hospital. You saw their ups and down, you talked to them, you tried to understand them and you try to be as helpful as you can.

And finally, when the good news come that they were being discharged, you cannot help but to feel really happy. It's like getting the news that I am the one who's being discharged, like I am getting healthy again. And everything you have done feels worthwhile.

Your steps get lighter and your day feels brighter.

Now, doesn't being sincere pay?

A surgeon, a teacher, a dad

My consultant take a leave for the whole week.
There was no teaching this morning.
But he has always been a good teacher.

He is also a good surgeon as reflected by the patients.
He is also a good dad as he takes the leave to spend
time with his children on their school activity day.

Who says you cannot be good in multiple things?
Who says you do not deserve a break.
And why must you feel guilty about having some time to yourself and your family?

I reassess and discover a new way of living my life.
